Touchwood Flooring Systems is based in beautiful Hervey Bay in Queensland and is a family owned and operated business. John and Donna Pain established the business in 1991 and they have recently expanded to new premises that boast the biggest and most extensive timber and bamboo flooring selection outside Brisbane.

John Pain has thirty years experience in the flooring industry and is a member of the Australian Timber Flooring Association and Housing Industry Association.

In October, 2008 at the Australian Timber Flooring Association Exhibition, Touchwood Flooring Systems was awarded the prestigious "Australian Timber Floor of the Year – Site installed" award. This award is judged by members of the Association.
